Maintenance and Inspection
Considering that a fuel cell is one of the most important safety features you'll purchase for
your vehicle and that most racing associations require them there's not a lot of information or
common knowledge readily available about them. Most dealers or fabricators only know
what size they need and where to get it, while few racers know how to properly maintain one
or how one even works. To combat this we've listed recommended maintenance guidelines
to help you take care your fuel cell so it'll take care of you. In addition, we'll inspect, clean,
and pressure test any fuel cell regardless of manufacturer to give you added peace of mind.

Refurbishments/Upgrades
In addition to repairs and inspections we also offer our customers the ability to modify,
upgrade, or refurbish an existing cell with new/additonal hardware. Whether its
replacement foam for your old plastic tank or adding an additional fill plate to your existing
Type 1 bladder we have the products and knowledge to help you safely alter your existing
fuel cell for an even more custom application.

With welding and fabrication equipment on site we can repair most cans, both aluminum and
steel. Everything from punctures and crack, to bends, to replacing panels or just modifying
your old tank to house a new bladder.

Custom Plate Design
Although we offer a wide variety of plate sizes to fit almost any application, we do get
customers who still need or want a custom plate for their specific fuel cell. For this, we
offer our customers the option to get a custom plate made to their specifications. Just
another way we help you get a truly unique fuel system.

For those of you wanting a show-piece quality outer can we offer you the ability to upgrade
an existing steel or aluminum can to one of our signature brushed aluminum cans without
the purchase of a new bladder.

offer our expertise to our customers in the form of complete fuel cell and fuel system design.
For an additional fee we'll design a complete fuel system or fuel cell for your vehicle. We offer
this in two forms.

are 10% off when ordered in conjunction with a fuel cell. - Fuel Cell Design - not sure what will work for your vehicle? Just send us some
pictures of the desired location, how much room you've got to work with, and what the
intended application is and we'll design a complete fuel cell to meet your needs. Call for
