Stat-O-Seals are and integral part in keeping fuel from leaking out through any fittings on the fuel cell. Using a combination aluminum washer with a bonded Viton o-ring, they create a secure seal while preventing the o-ring from being over-tightened. Unlike nylon seals that need to be replaced, these seals can last the life of the fuel cell, requiring little (if any) maintenance.
