This unit is designed as a direct replacement for both Advanced Fuel Systems and Aero Tech Labs (ATL) fuel cell bladders and tanks for vehicles utilizing modern cable/electronic shifting and comes complete with:

Unlike OEM designs of the past our fuel cell features a completely re-designed internal fuel pickup system to deliver fuel more consistently around corners, banks, and hard braking. Featuring an internal fuel collector/surge box with a capacity of 5 liters and utilizing a series of internal one-way valves to contain the fuel within the box, this improved design keeps the fuel contain in a smaller area, allowing the pump to deliver fuel more consistently regardless of turn, direction, or G-load.

Adaptability in the Field

When you're in the field, at the track, or out in the sticks the ability to get access to parts is a must. Most modern vehilces utilize parts purpose built for that specific vehicle. With the world-wide shutdowns of recent years it became clear that the incompatability of parts between vehicles and applications compounded shortages and increased down time; time better spent on the track. With this in mind we removed the OEM fuel pump assembly in favor of a more adaptable fuel pump mount that could utilize a wide variety of fuel pump sizes. Now, any pump utilizing a 40 millimeter diameter body can be installed, allowing for a wider variety of pump options.

Size Matters

Built of solid 3/16" (4.76mm) thick 6061-T6 aluminum the Access, Fill, and Vent plates are not only stronger than any OEM plate, they're made with servicability in mind. All plates are affixed using custom M6 stainless steel blind insert nuts to guard against corrosion and leak, high strength 10.9 flanged bolts, and sealed using re-useable Viton gaskets. All plates are anodized for additional corrosion resistance and resistant to de-formation caused by excessive torque of the bolts.
