Filler and Vent Plates |

Every fuel cell consists of three components; an outer shell, inner safety bladder, and a filler plate. Filler and access plates allow fuel in/out of the fuel cell as well as providing mounting points to affix fuel pickup fittings, fuel pumps, and vent check valves. Additionally, these points provide access to cleaning and maintaining the inner working of the fuel cell bladder. All of our fill plates are made of 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum with a minimum .190" (4.76 mm) thickness. Blank plates can be drilled, welded, and anodized for easy customization while standard plate designs are anodized for enhanced corrosion resistance.
