Polaris RZR XP1000

Designed for racing applications, this fuel cell offers the most bang for your buck for the Polaris RZR.  Built around the XP1000/Turbo/Turbo S chassis our fuel cell can be used on either a 2-seat or 4-seat chassis and is capable of being placed either under the front seats or behind them.  Because of the volume and size of the fuel cell certain modifications to the seat brackets are required for a proper fit.  Four mounting bungs (two on each side) welded directly to the can allow easy installation of the fuel cell without the need for traditional mounting straps.  Once in, no other modifications to the fuel system or wiring are required as the unit uses the stock pump assembly and stock float arm.  The HFP-6251R fill plate offers the widest variety of hardware configurations for your vehicle and is capable of supporting the use of dump cans, dry breaks, aftermarket sending units, and aftermarket fuel pumps, if so desired.  With a 20 gallon capacity and full FIA certification this fuel cell is approved for competition use worldwide.
