Lotus Elise/Exige/2-Eleven (Series 2)

Designed to replace the stock fuel tank in Lotus Series 2 chassis, this fuel cell is ideal for both those that want better performance and those looking to get a few more gallons into their vehicle. Using a combination of foam and flexible resin baffling, this unit eliminates fuel starvation, particularly around left-turns, while increasing fuel capacity by 35%.  Designed to work with the stock pump assembly each unit comes with adapter plates for quick installation.

Support Tray

​Designed to wrap around the fuel cell bladder this specialized support panel is constructed of .090" thick aircraft aluminum and cut to reduce weight while preventing the bladder from over-expanding into the fuel tank compartment.  The 1.00" bottom flange can be bolted or welded to the factory protection plate for quick installation.  Additionally, these supports can be anodized or powder coated for an additional custom finish.

Replacement Fuel Pump Kit

​Complete with an upgraded fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel strainer, and tank seal this kit bolts directly into the stock fuel pump housing.  This kit can handle most stock and upgraded fuel systems up to 300 HP.  We recommend installing this kit after the first 1-2 full tanks of fuel have been run through the fuel cell to prevent any contaminants from harming the new system.
