Harmon Racing Cells Contingency Program

Congratulations and thank you for your purchase and support of Harmon Racing Cells products. In order to support the racers who ultimately support us we’ve developed the 2014 Harmon Racing Cells Contingency Program. What this program does is reward competitors for using and supporting our products. It’s no secret; we wouldn’t be here without you! From the desert racer to the track junkie your loyalty and support have helped us grow to become one of the world’s leading innovators in fuel cell and fuel system design.

How the Program Works
Each year we pick several events from across the country which you can find listed on our website. These events range across classes and types of racing (off-road, road, boat) and are posted 2-3 months in advance of event date. Simply fill out the accompanying form and mail/email/fax it back to us to register yourself and your vehicle for the year/season.

What are the Requirements
Simple, use our product in your vehicle and run a couple stickers on the car for each 2018 HRC Contingency Program qualifying race.

What are the Rewards
The prizes can vary but are usually cash purses, ranging from $100-$1000. These can be exchanged for a credit to your account on a future order but is not required. Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of the completion of the race.

How to Claim a Prize
Firstly, fill out the attached form to register yourself and your vehicle with us; if we don’t receive a completed form you will not be registered. From here we’ll update you with races we’ll be running contingency on and keep tabs on any wins. However, you are still responsible for registering yourself with Tech/Contingency at the race, so make sure to check with them and let us know if you need new/extra stickers. Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of the completion of the race.

Requirements:

Competitor’s vehicle must be using a Harmon Racing Cells fuel cell bladder no older than seven (7) years from the date of manufacture.
One (1) decal/sticker must be located on each side of the vehicle (minimum two (2) total).
Fill out and return a completed W-9 form to Harmon Racing Cells.

Release:

I agree to release Harmon Racing Cells, LLC and its affiliates to use my name, photograph, and likeness and racing results for advertising and public relations unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. I agree to indemnify and hold Harmon Racing Cells, LLC harmless against any and all claims that may be brought against Harmon and its officers, managers, employees and owners due to any and all personal injuries, injuries to others and property damage caused by my participation in auto racing. I agree to assume all risks associated with race car driving, I am fully aware of the hazards and dangers involved in auto racing and agree not to pursue legal action against Harmon Racing Cells, LLC or any other entity or individual involved in the design, construction, maintenance and/or servicing of Harmon products for any direct, incidental or consequential damages that I may incur during training and/or competition. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HARMON RACING CELLS, LLC DISCLAIMS, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR, ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, ARISING OUT THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSES OF ACTION, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTS OR BREACH OF CONTRACT, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
