Foam baffling is an integral safety and performance feature of any fuel cell. Using millions of tiny pores, foam baffling mitigates fuel slosh while simultaneously preventing the concentration of fuel vapor, minimizing the chances of explosion from sparking within the tank due to static buildup or faulty equipment. "Type II" safety foam is characterized by its yellow color and compatible use with gasoline, diesel, aircraft fuels, and gasoline/ethanol blends. Replacement foam for custom designs are available upon request. NOTE: Not compatible with alcohol or nitro.
